So this happened yesterday.. and it’s worth the read. This is a big one for the ever growing collection, and without a doubt it’s the most meaningful one yet! As we all know HUH “How’s Ur Head” is more than just 3 letters, it’s more than just a brand and it’s a hell of a lot more than just me. HUH is the conversation starter. HUH is a universal symbol of alliance, advocacy and agreeance with the mission to raise awareness surrounding such a important topic.
HUH is the 3 letter reminder to ourselves that we matter. From Australia to America and from professional athletes to professional shite talkers, we’ve gotten everyone on board. . “365+1” is where it gets juicy. This is a stark reminder back to some difficult times in the past. Years ago, there was a time when teenage Mark was very anxious, lacked confidence, suffered with OCD and as a result of it all put on 30kg+ . One day after months of Mental battles it all clicked, 19 stone and full of worries I went for a run. I ran 2km that day, and I honestly thought I wasn’t going to make it 50 yards, that’s how hard it was. For 365 days that year I ran every single day, not just to lose weight but to regain confidence, to clear my head and to have a goal and routine to work on and work towards. It became addictive.
That year I lost 30kg and it transformed me ( DISCLAIMER - didn’t fix everything, but it changed me completely) A few years later, I remember telling this story to a new friend of mine, absolutely blown away he asked me “What did you do on day 366?” And I told him “I did what I did for the previous 365 days, I went for a run” to which he replied “365+1 baby”. To this day the “365+1” has been huge for me, this symbolises showing up for yourself every single day through the good, the bad and the ugly. It’s about commitment, resilience and bettering myself through routine and discipline even through the months, weeks and even years that can be shit! One more day & one more step forward in the right direction leads to an accumulation of days and weeks and months and years and next thing you know you’re doing what you’ve wanted to do without even realising it. . “HUH 365+1 baby"
Nearly 5 years of HUH. The ups, the downs, the early mornings, the sleepless nights, the over due bills, the corporate talks, the school tours, the €35,000 in donations to mental health charities, the thousands of customers around the world, the thousands of conversations started from something as simple as 3 letters and the good, the bad and the ugly. This journey has been nothing short of being incredibly difficult yet fulfilling and I am INCREDIBLY GRATEFUL to my customers, family, friends and now @frankkeanemini for coming on this journey with me.

Too many people to thank, but just so you know I am incredibly grateful for every last customer, follower, friend and family member for helping me on this HUH journey. A year ago this very same weekend of EP in 2023 I handed back the keys to the HUH HQ, life was dishing out some serious knuckle sandwiches and I was in a very low place. 12 months later, I never could have imagined any of this. Several acts and hundreds of customers repping the HUH brand at @epfestival - Keep showing up for yourselves, things get so much better than you could have ever imagined

Our products come in two different unisex styles of fitting: regular fitting and relaxed fitting. For our regular fitting items, we ensure that they are true to size. This means that you can comfortably select the size you usually wear, and it should fit you well. These regular fitting products are designed to have a standard fit that is neither too tight nor too loose.
On the other hand, our relaxed fitting items offer a looser and comfier fit/style. These relaxed fitting products are essentially one size up from our regular fitting items. They are intentionally designed to provide a more relaxed and casual feel, allowing for greater comfort and freedom of movement.
To ensure the best fit, we recommend sticking to your usual size when purchasing our regular fitting products. If you prefer a looser fit or enjoy a more relaxed style, you may opt for the relaxed fitting items and choose one size up from your regular size.
In order to extend the longevity of our products, it is important to follow the washing instructions provided. Each item comes with specific guidelines to help you maintain its quality and ensure it lasts as long as possible. By following these instructions, you can help preserve the color, shape, and overall condition of the garment.

At HUH Clothing we give back and support organisations providing much needed services to individuals experiencing Mental Health struggles. To date we have donated over €30,000 and we will be continuing to support Mental Health organisations all over the country/world be it through monetary value, clothing donations, volunteering and more!

I set up a mental health clothing brand for several reasons that stem from a combination of my passions for mental health and business. Firstly, I wanted to channel my personal struggles with OCD, anxiety, and confidence issues into something positive. By creating a platform that promotes mental health awareness and well-being, I found a way to transform my own challenges into opportunities for growth and advocacy.
Secondly, as someone who has experienced the impact of mental health issues firsthand, I wanted to contribute to the destigmatization of these issues in society. Through my clothing brand, I aim to raise awareness about the importance of mental health and highlight the significance of a healthy and happy lifestyle in improving overall well-being.
Additionally, the decision to establish a mental health clothing brand was also driven by a desire to avoid unemployment and create a fulfilling career path. By combining my passion for mental health with my business acumen, I found a way to build a sustainable livelihood while making a positive impact on the lives of others.
I believe that clothing can be a powerful means of expression and communication. By designing garments that carry meaningful messages related to mental health, I hope to spark conversations, raise awareness, and inspire individuals to prioritize their mental well-being.
Ultimately, my goal is to contribute to a society where mental health is given the same importance as physical health. I want to create a space where people can openly discuss their struggles, seek support, and find comfort in knowing that they are not alone. Through my mental health clothing brand, I aspire to make a tangible difference in people's lives and promote a culture of understanding, compassion, and self-care.
